The London Rockets are preparing for their debut at London Capital this weekend – London’s only professional basketball team.

The squad are currently in their closed season in preparation for competing at Future Cheer’s Open competition in February this year but are taking some time out to return to their roots – cheering on the sidelines.

Check back for more information about our game day experience and how to get involved in the upcoming midseason.
Finally, the squad revealed their new logo this month. Inspired by our competition ribbons the unique design reflects the direction the squad are heading as well as our All Star status.

Do you have what it takes to be a London Rocket?
Our tryout list is almost full but we will consider applications from gymnasts and university experienced cheerleaders up until midnight on 31st January. Email cheerleadingrocks@googlemail.com for an application form.

Hi,
I am Volunteer Event Manager for British Handball Association.
We have an International Women’s Handball match on saturday at Crystal Palace, GB V France and have been let down by a cheerleading group.
Would your group be able to perform at half-time?
Regards
Sue Whitehead
