A fun hen night idea with a twist (and shout)

So, you’ve been put in charge of your best friends hen night and you’ve no clue what to do?

Are you crying at the thought of dressing her up in ‘L’ plates and a veil in London’s cocktail bars?

Well google no further, you’ve found the pefect Hen night gift and what’s more the organising couldn’t be easier.

We’ll teach you a routine, dress you in our uniform and give you some pom pom techniques to wow the crowds.

Not sure if you’ve got what it takes?
Why not take our ‘What Kind of Cheerleader Are You’ quiz?

Just answer the following question:

If you were to become a cheerleader (even if only for a day/night) which of these ‘celebrity’ cheerleaders would you most identify with?

A) Big Red from Bring It On

big red.jpg

She’s the big red boss with the big red curls. She whipped the team into shape and stopped at nothing to get that trophy.

B) The geek girl from ‘Faking It USA’

Faking-It.jpg

She’s the computer geek that was transformed on reality tv into a real life Atlanta Falcon Cheerleader. She cried because she didn’t want to wear a crop top but came away from the experience with a new found respect for the world of ‘glamour cheerleading’.

C) Jan ‘the cheerleading man’ from Bring It On

nathan4.jpg

He’s the straight guy on his cheerleading team that will take your head straight off for suggesting that it’s not a sport. A fan of try outs but don’t volunteer to be his flier on single based stunts!

D) The angsty cheerleader from ‘One Tree Hill’

She’s not sure why she cheers but she can’t give it up either. She loves it once she’s into it but is a bit embarrassed to say.

Results:

A) We’ll make you captain of your team!

B) We promise you won’t have to wear a crop top and we think you’ll come away from the experience with your ideas challenged enough to give it a second chance

C) Cheer boys rock. That’s the only result you need worry about.

D) Our favourite kind – we know you’ll love it once you get going but you’ve got to put aside all your preconceived ideas first!

Whatever the result, you’re ready to cheer!

Ok, lets go!

  4. the only concern for me is age you you let 2 girls join? a 11yr old and a 12yr old in

    • Hi Monica – thanks for your comment but you are mistaken – the London Rockets only accept members 18 and over. That said, Cheerleading is a perfectly reasonable activity for most age groups really and we are involved in the coaching for many in-school groups.

      Thanks for dropping by.
